Applications for our Diploma of Management Course are closing soon! training commences in May 2012 for our Commonwealth supported Productivity Places Program (PPP) course for existing workers in the Cairns Region. If you aspire to become a manager with skills in Mentoring, Team Development and Counseling then this course is for you! Sessions are interactive and hands-on with a focus on workplace application. Your prior skills and experience will contribute to the development of the group and the completion of this qualification through a recognition process.

Who can apply?

Any person who is working for either 1 hour, part-time or full-time (including volunteers), who would like to work towards obtaining a full qualification at Diploma level.

Course Information

An Employer Contribution ($573) applies to all participants as PPP covers 80% of the qualification.

Traineeships combine employment and training in order to achieve a nationally recognised qualification. As an option for training within the workplace traineeships grow organisations and individuals in skills through compentency based learning. Available to anyone, from an existing worker to a new starter a traineeship is a great way to improve and expand on your current skills.

Traineeships are available as full time or part time depending on your needs. If you have worked or are currently working you may also be entitled to credit some of your training and experience through recognition of prior learning (RPL) which reduce the amount of time required to complete the traineeship. Alternatively if you have no experience or work history at traineeship can be a great way to aquire the skills you need to achieve your goals.

Dedicated Group offers traineeships in a variety of industries and works to provide you the ongoing support you need to achieve your training goals.
